Artigo 1160.º – Pluralidade de mandatos
Se alguém incumbir duas ou mais pessoas da prática dos mesmos actos jurídicos, haverá tantos mandatos quantas as pessoas designadas, salvo se o mandante declarar que devem agir conjuntamente.
