Artigo 137.º – Homicídio por negligência
1 - Quem matar outra pessoa por negligência é punido com pena de prisão até 3 anos ou com pena de multa.
2 - Em caso de negligência grosseira, o agente é punido com pena de prisão até 5 anos.
